This was Mandrake/Mandriva installer, “Drakinstaller” and was the best installer ever for Starters, Mandrake was one of the best Distros ever with the Configuration and Packet-Managing like Dragora, Dragora is coming from Drakrpm/rpmdrake, so from the Draktools where was a Toolmanaging around installing, Configuration and adjusting the whole system and was independed between Gnome and KDE, it was real Independed from any windowmanager and have installing and Configured whe whole Linuxengine/system on the Hardwaremashin..
Something should rise again !! and not WM depended .. to have a really free choice to choose
any WM what the user to test it .. some Distro with “Draktools” should like i told, rise again.. or myabe
dragons and knights, so Michel Knight like Foundation(Kit) in the Movie, something maybe as a Distro with Draktools(or dragontools) and then the WM’s to be independed for configuring the system..
So, many fun by looking on the Mandrake/Mandriva Installmovies 🙂
maybe is Interview with Gael would cool, Gael have invent the Mandrake and the Draketools..

i am a German.. at first.. and i have hear that with the German and Taxes.. oh holy sh…. some peoples anderstand not how OpenSource and Support works and to accuse you of doing something wrong because they have by self a other “World view” on the things.. right, but it can’t be , be, to be some crank peoples who not whant understand to be exist other way’s, more free ways, accuse someone of being evil if they it now understand, how the world it self rotates with diffrent varitys od possibilitys to working to gether as a group if 1000 groups in the worlds and it must no ever be it same without varitys of the possibilitys.. and.. only intelligent peoples can handle something like you know it to handle Nate *thumps up*
this about the f*beep* the German where can not ask and want not learn and say easy, the KDE make here in german Problems.. because like you told.. easy it not kapiert/understand (maybe want not understand in the first way ..) to be exist groups where simply work independently with each other for the same goal and whant not any money earn but rather want something decent for the future, also for yourself, in more wider/broader range sence ..
I hate some peoples who not ask how it works and make it it self (selfish) easy and accuse someone of being evil .. because i make it more easy for me and say “okey, if you have not this intelligence for asking if/how it’s work and try to bring up me to be evil , can you go and make other places trubles and problems.. bye ..”
This makes more easy for me, becase tere are manny peoples where be in direction upset about ne and tell, i be the evil in the room

My biggest showstoppers w KDE:
1. Lock screen getting stuck on sleep and resume.
2. Not being able to change the wallpaper once for all displays except by editing global themes.
3. Windows constantly wanting to move to the leftmost display despite this display neither being primary nor even currently active. (On X11 at least, I haven’t tried Wayland)
Nice to haves:
1. Sidebar/menu instead individual systray icons which aren’t very ergonomic.
2. Ability to set a dark theme for plasma while keeping a light theme for the applications.
3. LIM
4. Global rouded corners
5. Transient scrollbars
6. Breeze is still to framey, e.g. toolbar hover effects are just frames, which isn’t ergonomic or visually appealing.
7. Menubar/toolbar as titlebar. Combined with LIM, this could put an end to space-wasting titlebars entirely.

ehh.. there be at moment 2 X-Servers, one named Xorg (the successor (replacement) of X11)
and the Successor of Xorg now is Wayland the Replacement, more better programmed as Xorg :
Grafical Generation of the X-Servers
X11 => Xorg => Wayland
X11 the very ooold coded first X-Server for a Windowsmanager
X.org the old coded is the 2nd X-Server for a Windowsmanager where have a not so good codecompilation and would be really havy codestem for further programming with modern things and include more modering things.. and sometmes is it not possible for add more modern things, because it would simply be too much effort and because that is Xorg never supported because to “heavy” code, because that is startet the next generation X-Server and this is Wayland, the newest Generation X-Server where support all the actual Windowmanager like Gnome, where is writing in Java, Plasma(KDE) where is writed in C++(QT-Surface C++) and all the other Windowmanager where still exist.. so is Wayland the last X-Server wit many possibilitys because the Codestrukture is more modern and able to add more new technics and things and therewith it’s able for programming further and modern things in, in the actual X-Server with the Name “Wayland” so it is the “Wayland-X-Server” the last/3th Generation “X11” Grafical Server .. with the name Wayland …
as a lil bit explation explanation ..
